How it all started …

Prashanth Nair Purushotaman (Founder) of this company has dedicated 18 years of his career working in Tech industry, serving private and public sector projects across different continents. During this journey, a lack of transparency has always been found in the hiring process. The vision to break this barrier slowly grew.

Spring forward to 2019, PeerGiG Inc was founded and we landed our first client (Big 4) company and we were added as a preferred vendor in the company. Since then we have been able to work with 20+ highly skilled tech folks on various needs for our clients in the canadian banks and govt sector as sub-contractors and full time fixed term employees.

Starting 2024, PeerGiG started focusing on identifying expansion opportunities in un-explored territories of consulting. Sports consulting seems to be one untapped area for the same. With ShuttlePro Badminton being a close entity, the exploration of these new roles and needs started in 2025.
